Every policy decision we make — on data handling, cookie use, account security or record retention — is designed to keep you informed and in control.

Data Handling

We collect only the data needed to operate your account: name, contact details, payment method identifiers such as your UPI handle or Paytm number, and transaction history. We do not sell your data to third parties and do not share it outside the service providers who process your payments or verify your identity.

Cookie Policy

Our site uses session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how sections of the site are used. You can manage cookie preferences from the settings panel on your first visit or at any time through your browser. Declining analytics cookies does not affect your account functions.

Account Security

Passwords are stored as hashed values; we never hold a plain-text copy. Two-factor authentication is available and we strongly encourage you to enable it. If we detect an unusual login pattern linked to your account, we freeze access and contact you at your registered email before restoring it.

Record Retention

Transaction records — including UPI, Paytm and PhonePe deposits and withdrawals — are retained for a minimum of five years to meet financial record-keeping obligations. Account data is deleted within 90 days of a verified account closure request, except where retention is required by applicable law.
